What We Manufacture
Discuss shipping cartons, mailer-style boxes, printed cartons and product-specific die-cut structures. Inserts and dividers are reviewed when the contents need positioning.
Packaging Engineering
Inner, outer and flat dimensions serve different decisions. Carton opening, folds, dielines and packing orientation need to be resolved before artwork is released.
Materials
Corrugated board, white card, greyboard and paper-based inserts are considered against the product, finish, protection target and order conditions.
Factory Capability
Company-provided production imagery supports the published process for printing, slotting, die cutting, gluing or stitching where the structure calls for it. Feasibility is checked for each design.
Quality & Testing
Review dimensions, appearance, folds, joins and packed fit. Board or carton test documents are discussed only when they apply to the selected material and specification.
Sample to Production
Approve a physical structure and the relevant print reference before batch production. Existing artwork or dielines can be assessed, but reuse without changes is not assumed.
Shipping & Logistics
A custom carton can also be the transport outer pack. Share the route, destination, handling and labeling needs so presentation and protection are reviewed together.

Can an existing dieline or print file be reused?
It can be submitted for review. Box style, board thickness, dimensions, bleed, text and file version must be checked before production approval.
Can PAPERWIN help if the artwork is incomplete?
Shipping marks and basic layout needs can be organized, while final print files and responsibility for approval remain subject to human review.
Are sample timing and minimum quantity fixed?
No. Sampling terms, quantity and lead time depend on the box style, material, print work and production schedule and are confirmed for each order.
