ONLINE TRADE RULES

Online Trade Rules

These rules apply only to standard in-stock SKUs on this website that are marked as available for online payment. Custom, pre-order, oversized, or manually quoted freight orders require a separate work-order confirmation and may be subject to a separate written agreement.

Eligible orders and formation

An online payment order can be created only when the SKU is saleable, online payment is enabled, and the system has quoted freight for the destination. Before payment, the server revalidates the current goods price, quantity, freight, and valid promotion. Payment is successful only after the payment provider confirms the server-side result.

Price, freight, and stock

The goods price, freight, discount, and total shown at checkout form the payment amount for that order. Freight is determined by the destination quote generated at checkout and rechecked by the server. Pre-orders, out-of-stock items, oversized orders, and destinations outside mainland China are not eligible for automatic payment.

Fulfillment and records

After successful payment, the system creates a trackable fulfillment order record. Dispatch timing, logistics, and delivery details are governed by that order record and any later manual confirmation. Any displayed estimate is not an unconditional delivery-date guarantee for every order.

Cancellation, after-sales, and disputes

For cancellation, address changes, after-sales requests, or disputes, use the work-order route with the order number, issue description, product and outer-package photos, waybill, and other necessary records. Unshipped orders are first checked for whether an adjustment remains possible. For dispatched, in-transit, or delivered orders, return eligibility, refund amount, and related costs depend on product condition, fulfillment stage, order records, and applicable law. When a refund is approved, it is initiated to the original payment route; credit timing is determined by the payment provider and bank.

Invoices and custom orders

Invoices, customized specifications, sampling, bulk production, cross-border, and special-logistics orders are outside automated checkout. For an invoice request, provide the buyer name, taxpayer identification number, invoice type, invoice content, and delivery method through a work order. Confirm the contracting entity, tax treatment, specifications, price, delivery plan, logistics, and after-sales arrangement before payment.

Data and updates

Delivery and order information collected to create an online payment order is used for freight calculation, payment-order creation and verification, fulfillment follow-up, and after-sales handling. See the Payment Order Data Notice. A new rule version applies only to orders created after its stated effective date; paid orders continue to be handled from the order record retained at creation.

Public freight rules

These public rates apply to eligible mainland-China in-stock SKUs. The system calculates package count and freight from the SKU packaging setup, quantity, and delivery province, then rechecks the result server-side before payment.
